Established in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, in an area of 260,000 sq ft. our fully equipped facility can provide the high quality valves for Pipelines, Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Refineries, Pharmaceutical, Power, Construction, Water Industries and other process industries. Our Quality Management System and products are certified to all standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, API Q1, API 6D, API 600, API 6A, CE PED 2014/68/EU, 2014/34/EU, TR-CU, and SIL 3. We are an approved manufacturer with over 100 major oil and gas companies.

Sporting the most technologically advanced and versatile valve manufacturing units in the world through our high end CNC machines and an abundance of skilled workforce, our annual capacity is over 80,000 inches of valves and ability to deliver the entire range of sizes and materials required by different industries.

Our products are manufactured with strict compliance to the most recognized international standards all over the world, such as API, ANSI, ASME, ASTM, MSS, NACE, BSI, EN, DIN, GOST and many others. Our Engineering team is always studying the new updates of these standards to incorporate any changes that may affect the design, regulations or performance of our products.

Our team is equipped with the required infrastructure to arrive at an optimum product design to meet all our customer requirements.

Design is made using the most advanced technology and equipment, using finite elements (FEA) and CAD system programs such as AutoCAD, Solid works, Ansys to ensure the proper assembly and performance of products according to valve market current needs. In the case of new products, a prototype is checked by extensive physical testing using research & development department internal facilities and procedures.

We monitor the performance of our products at customer sites, and we give due considerations to the feedback from the customer for constant improvements and upgradation.
